Alone-Project 3
Her is the Link to Soundcloud This project presents many elements, but ultimately, it is a self-exploration that considers how we perceive the world and how that can change. For mine, it could change by simply taking your headphones out and sitting completely alone. While the Quad would not be relevant for everyone, this piece is tailored for college students on a college campus. Essentially, the quad has two purposes. The first is the actual set up of the quad. We will be seated along the perimeter of the rectangular shape of grass which is surrounded by a pathway on every side. You can loop around on the same path forever, or you could chose to follow it until you break off to go towards different parts of campus. What we are doing in my project is stepping off that path, just slightly, so that we are able to observe. Looking, there are so many options. You could immediately chose a path.
